  • Daily Diet. Determine how many calories you need each day in order to lose 1-2 pounds of fat per week. Spread these over small meals eaten every 3-4 hours. Make sure your meals are properly balanced with carbohydrates, protein, and fat.

    Love handles are the result of overeating. It's that simple. You can completly undo a great exercise program by eating too much of the wrong foods. Pay attention to your grocery shopping. It all starts on the aisles of your grocery store.

  • Beginning Breakfast. Do not skip breakfast. If you are trying to have no more love handles you will be tempted to save calories by missing breakfast. Don’t do it. This is the quickest way to sabotage your plan. Start each day right.

  • Practice Patience. Again, it takes time. You can do it with these simple steps and enough time. If you have a bad day, start over the next day. You really can lose your love handles if you will be patient.
