The Lose Belly Fat Diet

That

Doesn't Leave You Hungry

Your Lose Belly Fat Diet can be defined as a way of eating that allows you to slowly get rid of belly fat and keep it off. It is also a long-term approach to eating that promotes health and wellness. In other words, it is not a fad diet that promises you will lose belly fat fast.

Maybe you feel like you’ve tried everything and there’s no hope for you to eliminate belly fat. Don’t give up. The reason you haven’t been successful is because you have probably violated the laws of belly fat loss. Everyone can obtain a certain measure of success by following these laws.

Others have lost belly fat, SO CAN YOU! .

You’ve heard it before but there really is a simple way to state the laws on how to lose belly fat. Diet and exercise. The problem is really on how to go about this. Every new fad diet and diet book brings more confusion to this topic.

Law #1: Don’t believe that a calorie is a calorie. The strict calorie-counters hold to the idea that what matters is how many calories you consume. This would mean that your Lose Belly Fat Diet could include nothing but chocolate bars as long as your calorie count was below your maintenance level.

Does the protein, carbohydrate, and fat composition of your diet affect your body composition? Absolutely. A diet consisting of 100% lean protein will have very different results than a diet consisting of 100% potato chips (fat and carbohydrate).

So, it isn’t just the total number of calories. It is very important how you divide your total calories between protein, carbohydrates, and fat.

Law #2: Don’t start your Lose Belly Fat Diet without doing some simple math. First, you will need to calculate your daily calorie requirement. After this you will need to divide up your daily intake into the three macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fat.

There are variables such as physical activity, fat loss goals, and lean body mass to consider in these calculations. Tom Venuto has written a great book that gives a massive amount of information about fat loss and making these calculations. Click here to read about it.

Law #3: You will always eat proteins and carbohydrates together. Your Lose Belly Fat Diet should never consist of only one food type or macronutrient type. Protein, carbohydrates, and fat must be in a proper balance.

Even if you don’t make exact calculations to determine how much of each macronutrient to eat you can get close by eating a moderate serving of lean protein and complex carbohydrate at each meal.

Many people make the mistake of eating meals dominated by carbohydrates. This puts your ratios out of balance and makes losing fat difficult.

Law #4: You will avoid the “food combining” myth. This is a commonly held belief that you shouldn’t eat certain carbohydrates and fat together. Tom Venuto actually calls this “food separating” since proponents usually teach you not to eat foods such as meat and potatoes together. This fad still sells many diet books today.

Tom makes a point in his book that this method of eating has reportedly helped some people remove their gastrointestinal distress. However it really isn’t an effective Lose Belly Fat Diet if your goal is low body fat and a lean body.

Tom also has a section in his book that describes the ultimate meal combination. He gives some sample meals that are easy to put together for busy people. Eating meals like Tom describes help you get rid of belly fat quickly.

But here’s what I really like about Tom’s meal plans: you won’t be hungry. In fact, you can’t burn belly fat if you stay hungry all the time. You will feel completely satisfied when you are eating to Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.

Tom’s book provides tremendous information that is reliable and effective. It isn’t a fad diet that leaves you hungry and frustrated. You will have incredible energy, get flat abs, and improve your overall health.
