To eliminate belly fat you need to know about dietary fats. Don’t make the mistake of trying to eliminate all fat from your diet. While it is true that some fats are quite harmful to your health, other fats are essential to your good health.

Strangely enough this “fat free” revolution paralleled a dramatic rise in obesity. The obesity epidemic continues to explode and is causing a rise in many severe medical conditions. This is happening while many people are still holding to the “fat-free” myth.



So, what happened? Why didn’t the “fat-free” revolution help with belly fat reduction?

Fat was replaced with refined sugar. People looked for the “fat-free” on the label but failed to notice the high sugar content. This added loads of calories that simply weren’t getting burned off in our sedentary culture. The result was increased body fat.
