These abs and waist exercises may have unique names but they will deliver great results. People everywhere are desperate to lose belly fat fast. All kinds of suggestions are made as to the best way to remove belly fat.

We are drawn to some of these because they sound so appealing. Whether it’s the “8 seconds to rock hard abs” or the “eat all you want and still get your 6-pack abs,” we can’t seem to resist giving it a try.

People tend to think of crunches or sit-ups as the best exercises to build abs. Yet, there are some much overlooked abs exercises that will remove belly fat more effectively than either of these.

Don’t let the simplicity of these abs and waist exercises fool you. These are based on solid research and many people can verify that these will help you lose belly fat fast and keep it off.

Six Abs And Waist Exercises

  • Push-Aways.
    • Place your hands in front of you with elbows bent at ninety degree angles.
    • Place the heels of your hand against the table of food in front of you.
    • After you have eaten one medium-sized serving of lean protein, complex carbohydrate, and small amount of unsaturated fat, push vigorously against the table.
    • Stand up and walk away.

    Whether it’s walking, jogging, or biking this is how you remove belly fat faster. Three to five sessions each week will be sufficient. Remember, the more cardio, the more calories burned and the more you lose belly fat fast.

  • Push-Pulls. Strength or resistance training involves pushing and pulling movements made by your large muscle groups. As you build muscle, you burn more calories. That's why push-ups, pull-ups, squats and lunges are such effective fat-burning exercises.

  • Stay-Offs. Yes, stay off those scales. You’re trying to build abs, drop pounds. You will eventually drop pounds of fat but you may gain a few pounds of muscle first. The scales could be a source of frustration if you aren’t aware of this. Remember, you are trying to lose body fat not just body weight. A body fat scale can help you keep on track to meet your goals and get back into that smaller size pants.

  • Turn-Ups. Turn up a bottle of fresh, clean water. In fact turn up several each day. Water is one of your best friends in helping you remove belly fat and keep it off. Stop drinking contaminated water and invest in good clean water.

  • Turn-Ins. This hardly seems like one of the most exciting abs and waist exercises but you need your sleep. Sleep deprivation is a major problem today. Research is demonstrating that the body responds by depositing more fat, especially belly fat.
These six abs and waist exercises can be implemented by people at all fitness levels. When you integrate these six healthy steps into your life you will start noticing big changes in how you look and feel.
